As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

featured ads titles not appearing in footer
Hi,

The titles of the featured listings do not appear at the footer even though I added Classipress- Featured Ads Widget to the footer (file attached). It used to be displayed before.

I am wondering if something in CP-Addon is causing conflict with that.

NOTE: there are featured ads.

I use Classipress- Home Featured Listings widget and VIP/featured ads can be displayed on HOMEPAGE.

Could you please kindly help with this issue?
