As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hey

When clicking the "view more..." from the home page and going deeper - (HOME � LATEST ADS � PAGE 2), there is a sidebar on the subsequent pages.

Removing the Main Sidebar widgets, the Worpdress meta box (login/out etc) appears.
How do we get rid of this sidebar to make each page full-width page as it really throws off the layout unless you jam it with widgets, which we don't want to do?
