Directory Category Icons folder.....Where is it?

Can anyone tell me step by step where to find the "Category Icons" for Directory? Per this note in Directory, there are 35 icons available to use but I can't find the folder;

- Select the category you want to use the icon for, then upload the image.You can use up to 35 icons.
- You can use free icons located in directory/images/icons-to-use/.

I've tried using the editor to look at both themes, Directory and Vantage but I cannot find the "icons-to-use" folder. I looked in the Media Library too.

I'd appreciate some help.
