As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Directory Child
I just bought and loaded the directory child theme for Vantage. At first it seemed ok. Then it said it needed to be upgraded.
Now all I get is junk on the page. One menu and option to spend MORE money for a premium theme from another website.

Here is the screen shot:

I don't know what happened but the way the screen shots were in the marketplace - there is NOTHING like that in this theme!
