As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

HELP! no new listing function
Hi,
I have had a few weeks of the dev of my site www.mediation.directory and now its been reported that on clicking the add new listing function it goes nowhere. I have tried this and it appears to be right. The content area on the add new business is giving a blank white page.

I had no knowledge of this and it was working last checked. This a complete disaster and very damaging to the sites cred as it has just began to gain interest.

I have no idea where to start looking, any ideas please. Lots of work here hanging in the balance!
