    How to make footer ad spot mobile optimized

    Hi,

    I am using the code below to display a banner ad spot in the Directory Footer Banner Spot but it does not resize for mobile devices.

    <a href="http://www.findcontractorsonline[.]com" target="_blank"><img src="http://findcontractorsonline[.]com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/700x90.png" border="0" alt="advertise here"></a>

    Please help me to learn how I can change the code to fit mobile devices.
