*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Listings don't show up in featured tab even though I have a featured business
Hi,

I do not see any listings in the Featured Tab.
I have set a listing with Featured enabled for both category and home page.
I have even set an event with Featured Listing enabled for category and Home page.

As for Admin, the Vantage Settings for Listings the values are as shown below:
------------------------------
For Appearance
Default Listing Sort Method is set to Random
Home Listing Sort Method is set to Random
Featured Listing Sort Method is set to Newest First

Under Search:
Default Search Result Sort is set to Random
Default Location Based Search Result Sort is set to Closest Distance First.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
