As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

No Styling on install
Hello,
I have just purchased Directory and installed it by uploading it as a Zip.
No errors where reported during this and I activated it.

The default page looks terrible, there is no styling to it like the css is not being read. Quite disappointing - I am being held up now on my development because of this.
WP 3.9.1
Directory 2.1
Vantage 1.3.2
App themes updater 1.3

Geo distance also installed.

This is not looking like I expected when I brought it. The version shown in the Appthemes store looks so different to the example shown in the themes section of WP. I hope this isn't so with the awful Win8 look?
