As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Stop the Slider
Hello! I would like to stop the slider on the home page and only have it slide if the user clicks on one of the arrows to go forward or back. Is this possible? Never move automatically. Where would I go about making this change? Thanks so much.
