As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Touch Featured Slider in Sidebar
Hi Spartac,

First off mate, Great Child Theme! I just purchased it today & I love it

I had previously purchased your "Touch Featured Slider" & I am trying to incorporate it into the sidebar (Like this user has on his site http://carpfish.co.uk/) of my new site but it's not working properly. Here is my site url so you can see what I mean: http://3dprintercommunity.com

On your appthemes marketplace page for the "Touch Featured Slider" it says "Highlight the featured listings or events of your websites by displaying them in the header or any sidebar."

So could you kindly inform me of what I'm doing wrong, as I can't get it working properly...
