As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Clicking on coupon title - Can I have it open the affiliate link?
I want to be able to click on any coupon title, and have it open up the affiliate link in another window just as it does when you click on "Show Coupon Code" or "Click to Redeem".

Where is this setting, as currently it just loops the visitor back to the coupon page which is a little confusing, and a wasted click when it should really be opening up the link by design. Please advise, thanks!
