As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Coupon Title Being Cut-Off - How to Open Character Width Field?
Where can I find the files to edit and allow me to open up the field width for the coupon title fields? I have asked you this for the description text below the title, but not the title itself and am running into a few titles that are a few characters too short and cutting off, or truncating essential description areas!

Which files do I need to edit and where?

Secondly, could we request a feature to be added to Discounty that would put an arrow for a user to click to reveal any truncated description details in all description and title fields? All the other coupon sites and WP sites offer this basic functionality and it truly should be a part of such a great theme and child wouldn't you agree?
