*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi guys

Sorry about the previous thread.

I meant to say that I run the Vantage theme.

Refer the attached image.

The GEO location showed perfectly until a couple of days ago (I live in Port Elizabeth, South Africa).

Now search box shows as 'oql hit' ? (not sure what this is).

All listing searched now show 0 (zero) kilometres away and maps / directions do not display.

Wordpress automatically updates itself so the latest version is running.

Can you please help?
