As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

C.P 3.4 with V 1.6.5
Hi Spartic,

I have updated to V1.6.5 along with cp 3.4. I'm having a few issues.

First off I when I go the the 2nd page of any category, the dropdown filter expends automatically.

My blog homepage no longer displays my posts in full view(so that you can see pictures and videos). It now just shows a snippet of text belonging to each post. This is the same with eclassify deactivated. Im assuming this is due to the new cp3.4. Would you know of any way to have the blog function like c.p 3.3.3?

My site speed(Gt Matrix) has also dropped from a B with all plugins active to a D with no plugins activated.

I had to change my permalink settings back from post name to default. Would this effect site speed?
