As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Colour questions
I have chosen the 'blue' theme colour, some questions!

(1) The 'Manage Ads' & 'Edit Profile' buttons are in a different blue! How do we change? I'd sooner match the theme to the colour of these buttons.

(2) When trying to change a colour in the theme settings, the RGB numbers jump. i.e. you cannot move up, one at a time - also when inputting a # html colour code directly, it won't accept some codes. Therefore trying to match a colour is impossible.

(3) The header colour in Widgets is still grey. How do I change this to match the colour (blue) used in the test of my page?
