As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

eclassify - ad spots
Hello

Having trouble getting ad banners to show on my eclassify site - I have uploaded image to classipress media library, entered the url of the image into the eclassify ad spot sections, but it only shows as txt on the site page - not as a picture.
I have even tried converting the url to html code using an online converter, but same thing.
Cannot find any info in the forums to anwser my question.
