As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

How to widen the main layout?
I just installed the eclassify child theme (wonderful work btw) and noticed that my widgets in the right column are going into the wrapper now. The FB like box and a couple of ads, also the footer area with 4 blocks goes outside of the main content border. I know I can adjust the width in the widgets themselves but I dont like that look, and trimming the ads I put in cuts off part of the image. Can the content area of the theme be widened to accommodate the standard fb box and banner ad sizes? Thanks!
