As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Centering issue with Easing Slider
The Easing Slider Lite is off to the left, it's not centred. Already reported and the creator seems to be familiar with this, when browsing their support forum.

Could you provide me with a fix, until it gonna be fixed in your next release right after JR 1.7.0 is released?

(I also have activated/deactivated plugins such as FXtender pro, Codestyling Localization, JobSuggest, ResumeSuggest and TypeRight.
