remove see resumes button as employee (Jobroller - Eva Theme)

Hi,

I've got two short questions:

1. I would like to remove the "See Resumes" button (top right navigation) when a employee logged in. See a print screen attachted. In which file (.php) can I remove this link?

2. As an employee you see on my dashboard a couple of tabs, e.g. "Live", "Sending", "Subscription". How to hide to last one; "Subscriptions"
