Users are able to post featured ad without payment. Want to fix this.

Hello! I have purchased the most updated version of "classipress-feature-me" plugin and have set up the price for the featured ad as 5$. Now when a user posts an ad on my site and later on click on the "Feature Me Star Icon" on the ad page (or Crown Icon on the previous version of Feature Me plugin), the ad gets featured without asking any payment from the user. I would like to have user pay when they are making an ad featured. I think I am missing something on the settings at backend. If any one knows this please help.
