    Looking for a layout modification

    I'm looking for some help changing the way my adds are displayed on the home page. I'm willing to compensate with dollars for your time. My site is www.kmc247.com and this is the abouts of what im looking for: Also, I updated to the latest wordpress and updated to the most recent classipress/flannel and I cannot get that 2nd dropdown menu to the right of the header menu to go away without taking away the header menu altogether....... anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
