As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Adjusting the height of the categories block
Hey,

I have purchased and installed the amazing Flatpress theme, though I have been searching frantically for a solution to the height in with the categories display. I have installed a category order plugin, though the middle row of categories stay in the middle instead of move over to the third column that I selected, so instead of having 3 even columns, the middle one is double the length of the others and there it barely nothing in the third one. Is there a way to force the categories over to the next row? Maybe limit the height of the category box? You can see the problem here: http://bit.ly/1oOGmCI
