As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Create a child theme of FlatPress child theme
Dear support,

Is it possible to create a child theme of a child theme?
I tried the usual way, with style.css:

/* Theme Name: VenderMiWeb Description: VMW child theme Author: me Author URI:http://me Template: flatpress */ @import url('../flatpress/style.css');
But it doesn't even show on the templates page.

Or more in general, how do I handle FlatPress customizations in a way that I can still update the theme?
