As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Featured Ads on The Top
Hi Guys,

I wanna display the featured ads on the top of the listings.
They are on the top, but the problem is one of them is on the first page and three of them on the second page.
It's very annoying, because I would like to show them on the top of the first page.

I was thinking about the Sticky On Top Plugin, but I don't know if that's gonna work in the flatron or not.
I don't know if that plugin is gonna affect the flatrons built in ribbons or not.
