"New Add" button above the dashboard user menu

Hi!!

I would like to add the Flatron New add button above the User dashboard menu. I have seen how to add it, but it appears below the standard menus, and you can not see it without scrolling down

By the way, any help on adding new options to the User dashboard menu will be appreciated!!

- I have seen that I can create a new menu and use it INSTEAD the User dashboar menu, but I can not find the options: "My listing" and "Sign out" to add to that menu (like they are in the original user dashboard menu)

- I have seen as well that I can create a new menu and add it to the user sidebar, but then it appear below the standard menus, and it's not visible without scrolling
