As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hello,Spartac.

I need some help yet haha

-How to get Phone/Mobile in profile, and showing in ads? I was using the "custom fields" to get the phone number but isn't good enough, because the poster have to add his phone all times he would post an ad.

- The "little heart" that appears above the ads to share in socials: I want remove this. Is It possible? It stays above the "featured symbols" (and here stops to work and I don't know why)
