As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Post New Ad...Skips categories
Spartac Im having a little problem with the POST AD page. When on the first page of posting a new ad when selecting the category, the category dropdown skips the first subcategory and goes straight to the third level...Example, i have main category of power boats>sub category 1 Airboats>subcategory 2 Big airboats...When i click powerboats it goes straight to subcategory 2, skipping all the subcategory 1 options. I have another site that runs eClassify that works fine so I'm assuming it might be a flatron thing. http://www.boatsellr.com
