As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Problem with style in the main site message
Hi

I had written a welcome message in the general settings of classipress, that appears in the home site: www.merkawind.com
but after installing flatron, it seems that it doesn't respond to the html directives. This is the html text:

<h1><span class="colour">Bienvenido a <b>MerKaWind!!</b></h1>
<h2 class="colour_top">Web especializada en compra venta de material de windsurf!!!</span></h2>

and in www.merkawind.com you can see that the first two lines doesn't correspond to them in size or colour...

How should I fix it?
