As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Edit Flatter-Theme redirect site after login
1) Can you tell me where i can edit the "flatter login page" redirect site after login?
Flatter has his own login page and i need to redirect to a special site after the the login from this site...

2) When i logged in, in the flatter theme is the Dashboard Info widget:
it shows up, last login and register date.

PROBLEM: Its not the wordpress standard time, and date format.
Where i can edit this strings to put in the right time format? (+2h)
