    Open merchant site in same tab and popup in new tab

    I have the coupon code hidden and when user clicks the coupon code the popop is opened in the same tab and at the same time new tab opens up with the merchant site. At times users may have popup blockers which may prevent them from opening merchant site and missed affiliate income.

    Hence, I want to open the merchant site in the same tab and a the store page with the popup should be opened in the new window. This will make sure the client affiliate cookies are set and user sees the popup for code. Same as most of top coupon sites.

    Can you guide me on what changes should i be doing to the theme. Any tips on this is appreciated.
