Want to add a subscription box below each coupon post! URGENT

Hi Mohsin,

I want to add a subscription box below each coupon post because we all know the importance of the subscriber. But I didn't have any clue regarding this matter.
Would you please help me to solve my problem. Another thing if possible, want to add a subscription box category wise or store wise. Suppose I have a store of Walmart and some visitor has arrived in Walmart coupon post. Obviously he would be interested to receive any updated coupon related to Walmart. So, here I want to grab this opportunity and allow him to subscribe coupon related to only Walmart. Is it possible to do so? If yes, how it can be done, what coding needed to modify it and also is there a requirement of any specific plugin.
