As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

latest version of Layerslider not complatible with Flux
I have upgraded to the latest version of the layerslider

I'm using the Flux theme
with JR 1.65 and fxtender

On my home page I get the following error..

LayerSlider WP: old jQuery issue
It looks like you are using an old version (1.4.2) of the jQuery library. LayerSlider requires at least version 1.7.2 or newer. If you are using the WordPress version of LayerSlider, you can try out the "jQuery Updater" plugin from the WP plugin depository. If you don't know what to do, you can write us a private message from our CodeCanyon profile page. We need a temporary WP admin account (or a temporary FTP account in some cases) to solve this issue.
