Some issues with Flux

I have a couple of issues with the flux theme:

1. the pulldown for distance doesn't have the same height as the fields for job keywords and location.

2. the LayerSlider is not loaded, while activated, but it does load Easing Slider when activated, even when LayerSlider is activated.

3. and also when I submit a job, as admin, I fill in the form and hit the next button it doesn't post the stuff and asks me to confirm, it just forwards me to the job I have posted ago, so that means the oldest job I created. This is really odd because it doesn't happen inside the eva nor the default theme.

4. another thing, why is the google map totally stretched out, like super wide screen, the maximum of the browser's screen? When LayerSlider is loaded and working this is not gonna happen?
