Home page header issue

Hi Spartac,

As mentioned previously, when I disable the slider the header bar remains larger than the rest of the pages. I have a large area with a post a project button at the bottom, takes up most of the screen.

Also I seem to be unable to change the colours of the headers using freelancer, whatever I do seems to make no difference. I assume this is linked somehow.

Any help would be appreciated.
