    How do people chat on the website

    Hi!

    I did a sample project on my website by creating two accounts: one for the freelancer and one for the employer. Here's what I found missing:

    1. I (as a freelancer or as a employer) was not able to chat with each other before awarding the project. Don't we have this feature in the theme where people can chat and discuss their projects BEFORE ACTUALLY awarding the project, which, according to me, is a necessary thing, otherwise how will we know each other??

    2. Also secondly, in the whole process, the money was not involved (the project is done) - which I think because I didn't set it from my dashboard - am I correct on this.
