How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

[FXtender] issue with logo uploader on front end profile editor
After multiple attempts, the front end profile editor would NOT save / upload the profile logo. There is a place for it, and it says "updated" but the logo never gets uploaded. If you go to the wp-admin profile area, the logo upload works just fine. This was attempted in Chrome. Feel free to register and attempt this yourself, its a default jobroller install with FXTender installed and only the logo options changed to TRUE.
