As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

FXtender deletes Paypal Settings
Sebet,

I've been trying to trouble shoot why my paypal settings have been consistently deleted from my website.

The problem is that when trouble shooting bugs, issues, etc...whenever FXt is deactivated and reactivated it saves every setting, EXCEPT, it delets the paypal settings. It reverts back to Bank Transfer and erases the Paypal account info.

Just a heads up as many people may lose their payment details and not even realize it.
