As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Job Lister can not choose to take their company logo for listings permanently
Unfortunately there's a problem with the company logos. I set FXTender that job listers can choose their company logo taken for all their further listings. But during submission there's no option (I remember it was there in elder version) to select this feature. And everytime job listers submit next jobs they must upload their logo again for this submission. And the company logo folder becomes full with the same logos more and more.
