As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Besides the new features I'm working on for FXtender Pro I'm also working on a couple of new plugins, for other themes.

By the way, I've been getting some fairly bad reviews on FXtender Pro that I know most of you already using FXtender Pro wouldn't agree with. I know FXtender Pro is not perfect but I also know it does not deserve the reviews it's been getting.
