Profile Must Be Completed And Resume/CV Must Be Stored Before Job Seekers Can Apply?

Hi Sebet, a belated Happy New Year to you and your family. Hope all are fine with you. I've been facing a big problem now a days, using your plug in I can only force the jobseekers only for registration before they can apply for a job but I can not force them to complete their profile or to upload or store their resume before they can apply for a job. Because this way the employers who subscribed resume browsing are not able to view enough resume and this is becoming a big threat for business.

Please, help me ASAP to overcome or resolve this situation.

All I want the system should ask the jobseekers that they are only two steps away from applying for a job once they complete their registration. Step 1 - They need to complete at least one profile.
Step 2- They need to upload or store at least one resume
before they can apply for a job.

Please, help me to resolve this issue ASAP.
