Cannot import CareerJet RSS jobs

Need some help to get this plugin working , and I also have questions,
My search keyword is a bit broad , so the rss feed says there are 480809 jobs in USA match my keyword .
However I choose number of jobs = 30 , description size =20, include salary and include contract details.

I try to create a new template and using the rss feed generated from careerjet, the spining icon never finsihed.
So I guess I need some help , and does this plugin try to :
1) Import 480809 jobs at once as it matches the keyword ?
2) Import 30 jobs each time it runs ?
