Feature Request: Set time of Day individually for scheduled import template

Is there any way to space out the requests so they are not every scheduled template at once?

It says in the history they are all executed with in seconds of each other. I am not getting many jobs imported, i suspect the amount of requests going to indeed all with in seconds.

Possible to make time of day this is run in schedule? Or space out requests by minutes?
