As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi there,

I have read that appthemes are 'aiming' to have all their themes responsive by the end of this year. Very ambitious! My question is - is your child theme responsive? I assume it is not - otherwise this would have
been stated as a feature. Sooooo, if it is not responsive, and classipress becomes responsive, how will that effect anything. Will your childtheme automatically become responsive, or will my now responsive classipress
become UN responsive when i upload your theme ....
