3 problems with the classipress theme

Hi to all!

First of all, sry about my bad english!

I installed classipress theme one week ago.
I had all the changes to put in order all the web but i can't be able to change 3 things i want to.

First (and the most importante) thing:
When a customer contact with a propetary of the product by filling the contact form, the propetary recieves an e-mail with the text: "... this person is interested in your product ..." And, at the end of the messages appears the customer's ip.
How can i delete it?

The other two things have to be easy to delete but i can't find the file where i have to do it.
I want to delete the Cost box from the first page of the "post and ad" and the extended profile from the user edit page.
