Hello, please can you help me with Classi Press?

-The "home to map" menu is not available as showed in the demo?
-Is there any option to hide completely the "users" (no avatar - no user name - no emails) so they cannot communicate with each other?
-Concerning the percentage payment by bank and by Paypal - who splits the amounts?
-Where can I add CATEGORIES?
