about error 404 when hit post an ad

well, im trying the new classipress 3.0.1 in my localserver to see how cool is it, but in first place i found a problem when i hit the button post an ad

Its say object not found http://localhost/blog/add-new/

i wondering what the lord is that, im was reading something but i dont understand how to solve that, so please can any one explainme in christians words how to solve that problem?

im getting very confuse with this new ver.
