Ad Edit - No category change option

Hi

I see it was asked before, but believe it's important.

When user ads a new ad he CAN change the category.
BUT when user edit his ad CAN'T see/change category.

It is important and believe it's a logical option a user Need to have to able to change the ad category.
(could be many reason..... 1, did not selected a right category at the original listing....2, simple decided another category would be better for his ad.......and other reasons.)

So how do we allow advertiser to change category at "Edit Ad"?
