    Add New Confirm .... what is that?

    i just updated to Version 3.0.5.4 (latest) and now i notice a new button in my menu bar after BLOG called (Add New Confirm)

    what is that for?

    ... also if you click on it you see an error message:

    "An Error Has Occurred

    This ad has already been published or you do not have permission to activate this ad. Please contact the site admin if you are experiencing any issues."

    can you help
