Adding phone number to 'Contact Ad Poster'

Hey everyone!

I've tried a search but results either don't give enough info or they are for older versions of Classipress.

How do I add a phone number above the 'Contact Ad Poster' forum.

When placing an ad, the advertiser HAS to leave a number and I want to use that information.

From the attached image, I need it above the email form.
