Admin bar & search results

Hello,

I posted a while ago and still haven't received any responses on this board, so I thought I would give it another try.

1) How can I get the city to display in the search results, on same line as category and user?

2) I would like to change the color of the welcome bar that appears at the top of the page from black to white, and the text to black. I managed to change part of it but there is an area outside of this section that remains black and I cannot figure it out. (see below)
